What does my AI visibility score mean?
Your score summarizes mentions, sentiment, recommendations and relative mention position in a sample of model responses. Each dimension has equal weight. It is a diagnostic starting point—not a guarantee of traffic or a live search ranking.
Is the free audit really free?
Yes. Enter your website or business name and location to run a one-time audit without an account or credit card. You only need to provide your email when requesting the full detailed report. Fair-use limits apply.
Do you query the actual ChatGPT and Perplexity apps?
No. Promptly Seen samples model API responses for ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude. Perplexity and AI Overviews are clearly labeled simulated response profiles, not queries to their consumer products. No live browsing or independent accuracy verification is included.
How often is my business checked?
Starter is configured for weekly checks. Pro and Agency are configured for daily checks. Automated checks begin when the deployment scheduler is activated; you can also run checks from your dashboard.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Once billing is configured, use the customer billing portal in Settings to manage your subscription, payment method or cancellation.
Is Promptly Seen right for an agency?
Agency includes a multi-client workspace, 500 tracked queries across clients, white-label report exports and read-only API access. It helps you make model-based visibility a repeatable part of your client reporting.
